Our Elite Personal Training Program combines the best of personal training - custom programming and attention - with our pro athlete model - a positive and competitive environment.
We train in a semi-private setting of up to four people at a time - just like our NHL players - and every athlete has their own dedicated program. All fitness levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged to join. We provide the equipment, the programming, the coaching, and everything else you need to succeed. All you have to do is show up and we'll take care of the rest.
Beyond the gym, our program integrates nutrition and recovery to help you reach your goals as fast as possible.
